Back to the fine line pen — this time drawing from a photo. Â Here, Ms. Punchingbag and Mrs. Sketch 365 take to the Austrian bikeways. Â Looking forward to doing this again soon!

P.S. Thanks, Steve, for loaning me the anatomy book for artists. Â But if you and Mark don’t stop encouraging me and start acting more like villains, you’re going to ruin my whole narrative.
#161 – This should come as no surprise…
…but this is what stores my LEGO. Â Growing up, we had a couple of tackle boxes like these packed with bricks. Â My brother hung onto those, so I finally got around to buying a couple myself for the LEGO I have. Â And yes, I know it’s a little reminiscent of “Gene, The Anal Retentive Carpenter” — but hey, it beats shoving it all in a giant trashbag (ahem, childhood Kelly).
What’s that? Â You don’t remember that classic Phil Hartman bit? Â Well, here for a limited time is one of the related sketches. Enjoy.

#160 – Finger Ling-Ling Good!
Stopped by the always-reliable Panda Inn tonight with a bunch of friends.  We went easy on the endangered mammals, and stuck with lighter fare.  Next time though, we’re stopping here.

#159 – Pageant of the Trans-Mundane
First blind drawing on Sketch 365! Â I remembered this exercise from art class way back in grade school — the blind contour drawing, done without looking at the page. Â Of course, it’s usually done with one continuous line, rather than picking up the pencil and resetting. Â Doing it that way can help things stay in a bit better arrangement and proportion. Â Still, I had a good laugh at these when I finished.
So, since I imagine you may not have already guessed, left to right is Mr. Bolivia, Ms. Punchingbag and Mrs. Sketch 365.
